I absolutely love this apartment so far! I've just moved in but the staff is efficient and friendly and the building is kept clean and pristine. The community is also really cool I love how there are events monthly to facilitate relationships and promote health.

Great location, friendly staff! Easy walking distance to wrigleyville, but far enough away to avoid all of the craziness If you want! Kitchens are recently renovated with all new appliances, flooring and countertops.

Reside on Stratford is a great place to live! Everyone in the building is friendly and it is a very pleasant environment to live in. The onsite maintenance staff is great and has fast response times for any issues that may come up. The building is always clean and well maintained inside and out. Reside rewards are a great plus and there is plenty of programming to keep you engaged with fellow Reside residents. Units are all updated and comfortable to live in.
